By using or visiting DressMyHorse you agree to the following Terms and Conditions at all times.

 

The service provided is owned and maintained by DressMyHorse Ltd (also referred to as "we" or "our"), which is a company registered in England. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully as these can affect your legal rights.

 

Only use the DressMyHorse app (also referred to as "the app" or "the service") if you agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

 

We will give you reasonable notice of any changes to these Terms and Conditions, unless the change is for legal or administrative reasons.

 

General Conditions

 

You may only use the DressMyHorse app for its intended use, which is to try images of products on a horse picture, or to browse products.

 

You are responsible for any images, other than the stock images and product images provided, that you use in the app. You agree not to violate copyright laws by using photos that you don't have permission to use.

 

You are permitted to use the stock images and product images outside of the app, e.g. on social media, provided that you only create the final image using the features provided in the app, and do not modify the image and do not remove or obscure the 'DressMyHorse' watermark text.

 

You will not share DressMyHorse looks, hashtags or links in the context of any unlawful, hateful, violent, pornographic or sexually suggestive posts publicly, such as on social media and online.

 

You may not use the DressMyHorse app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to your use of the app, including but not limited to, copyright laws.

 

You must not change, modify, adapt or alter the app or change, modify or alter another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with DressMyHorse.

 

You must not attempt to access our servers through any means other than via the service provided in the app and you will not cause damage or disruption through, but not limited to, any forms of virus, malware, spyware or alterations in coding of the app.

 

Violation of the Terms and Conditions may result in you being blocked from accessing the app. Continued or serious violation of these terms may result in us seeking legal injunction or prosecution.

 

We may restrict or withdraw the service from any user at any time at our sole discretion.

 

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you understand that you use DressMyHorse at your own risk and that DressMyHorse Ltd cannot be held responsible for the usage and posts by other app users.

 

You agree that you are responsible for any data charges you incur through the use of DressMyHorse.

 

Disclaimers

 

The service is provided on an "as is" basis, and DressMyHorse Ltd makes no warranties as to the continuity, performance, reliability or availability of the service. We make no warranty that the app is fault-free.

 

We may withdraw or restrict the service at any time, which may result in the app ceasing to function correctly on your device. DressMyHorse Ltd will not be liable for any compensation or other legal redress for any consequences associated with withdrawal or restriction of the service.

DressMyHorse Ltd is not responsible for any third party content available through the app or available from links within the app.

 

If you choose to share content ('looks') produced in the app through any third party links provided within the app, any correspondence or business dealings with those third parties will be solely a matter for you and the third party.

 

The feature enabling you to try images of products on a photo of your horse is provided for the purposes of illustration only. We make no guarantees that the images of the product are accurate, in terms of colour, quality, shape, size or other details.

 

If you choose to purchase products from third parties as a direct or indirect result of using the app, we cannot be held responsible for any aspect of that transaction, and we will not be liable for any costs or damages you may incur in the event that the product or transaction does not meet your expectations. Any interactions you may have with third parties as a direct or indirect result of your use of the app will be subject solely to the terms of service of the third party.

Rights

 

DressMyHorse Ltd does not claim any ownership of the content that you create through the app.

 

You are granted a temporary right to use the images of third party products that are included on the app, but only in the context of a 'look' that you have created. You are not permitted to use any of the product images on their own or in any other context.

 

You are granted a temporary right to use the stock images of horses that are included on the app (these images are the property of DressMyHorse Ltd), but only in the context of a 'look' that you have created. You are not permitted to use any of the stock horse images on their own or in any other context.
