DressMyHorse is a fun and free-to-use app that lets you try equestrian products virtually on a picture of your horse. You can also create looks, browse products and shop the items through direct external links.
Our Privacy Policy outlines which data we collect as you use the app, how we use this data, where it is stored, how we protect it and who else has access to it (such as third parties). By using or accessing DressMyHorse you agree to our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
1. WHICH INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We don't collect any 'hidden' personal information. We want to make sure that DressMyHorse respects your privacy.
To improve the DressMyHorse app and service for you we do collect some anonymised information:

2. WHY DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION AND HOW DO WE USE IT?
We would like to understand how you use DressMyHorse so that we can make it even better for you. We collect the data for:

3. I AM USING MY PERSONAL PHOTOS AND MY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS ON THE APP, SO DO YOU COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?
We make use of your phone's capability to store pictures and social media profiles locally on the handset.
The app will access your photos or social media apps, but we will not store or collect your personal information, pictures or data on our servers. These will be saved locally on your phone and recalled each time you open the app.
4. WHICH INFORMATION DO WE SHARE WITH EXTERNAL THIRD PARTIES?
We will never sell your personal data to external partners.
To provide you with a free app and service, we work with external companies (equestrian product suppliers). We may share anonymised data with these third parties, such as high level performance of the app, products our users try and statistics about our user base.
We will always make sure third parties won't be able to identify individual users in the statistics we provide.
In the unlikely event of a legal request (e.g. a court order), or to prevent illegal activity, we reserve the right to share all requested information we hold with law enforcement agencies.
5. WHERE DO WE STORE THE INFORMATION WE HOLD?

6. EXTERNAL LINKS AND SERVICES
We cannot take responsibility for the content of websites and services by web stores that we link to in DressMyHorse. You agree to access external links at your own risk. Our Privacy Policy only applies to the DressMyHorse app, not services offered or used by suppliers and other third parties. If you are concerned about your privacy when using third party services, please check the respective Privacy Policy statements on the websites.

8. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy as we add features or make other changes to the app. By using the app you agree to our Privacy Policy, so please review it occasionally. If we make a significant change to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you when you next open the app.
